What do you like best about Kangaroo Rewards?

I enjoy the simplicity of the interface, the cross-platform integration, and access to my account specialist, Mario, to answer my questions. Once everything is in place, it's very easy to maintain and add new campaigns throughout the year. Creating our rewards program was a great addition to our sales tools not only to create excitement at our stores, but also as a lead generation tool to create lists within our email management system to keep our customers updated on their current points totals and when our next sales opportunities will be. What do you dislike about Kangaroo Rewards?

If I had to choose a recommendation to improve, it would be the reports dashboard. Specifically, to include granular data for each store within the dashboard without needing to download reports to Excel to filter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
